Running and biking have always been prominent activities in my life and the importance of staying hydrated has been ingrained in me since an early age.

3. Aids in weight loss
4. Slows down aging
5. Good for cardiovascular health
6. Maintains hemoglobin level
7. Regulates the working of the thyroid glands

9. Anti-inflammatory
10. Fights free radicals
In a normal glass or mug (not copper) add a pinch of Himalayan sea salt to warm water with lemon each morning. Make sure to use unrefined sea salt or Himalayan sea salt and not table salt because table salt typically contains anti-caking agents such as sodium aluminosilicate or magnesium carbonate which are added to make it free-flowing. I also like to put in a half a spoonful of Chlorella by Sun Potion to get some healthy greens. Big shout out to Ben and Kiley Wallace and Pat Thurmer for their nutritious recommendations.
