Monthly marketing consulting scope of work:
1.New Listing Launch Marketing Materials
– New Listing Email Blast
– Direct Mailer (“just listed”)
– Property Brochure
– Digital Advertisement
– Instagram Content (feed post and story slideshow)
– Publication Advertisement (*if requested)
2. Print marketing and advertisement design inclusive of publication advertisements, direct mailers, and property listing brochures
3. Instagram management and content creation (grid posts, reels, and stories)
4. Digital advertisement design (listings and brand related)
5. Email blast design & creation (listings, sales, and brand related)
6. Creation of “The Weekly” (weekly email blast covering real estate news/updates and lifestyle topics in Montecito and Santa Barbara)
7. Quarterly Ebbin Group Market Report creation and design (Real estate statistics and data to be provided by the Client to the Consultant. Upon Consultant’s receipt of the real estate statistics and data, the first draft of the quarterly report shall be due to Client 72 hours after that)
8. Ideation and consultation on innovative marketing and branding strategies and best practices
9. Items 1-5 will be due 48 hours after receiving request/content from Client
10. Item 6 (The Weekly) will be due every Thursday by 5pm 11. Item 7 (quarterly reports) to be due by the end of week one of the following quarter (for example, Q2 report will be due by the end of the first week in July)
