Objectives:
Re-designed the three main websites so that conversions will increase and the marketing message can be clear and differentiated in a highly competitive category. Create new product descriptions, new imagery and graphics, and a UX that helps move inventory.
Solution:
Working directly with the CEO we strategized on ways to clean up the companies various brands. We launched a new consumer brand Shopify website, followed by a new wholesale website, and finally a business to business website that made it crystal clear as to what was being sold and why someone would buy it. Created a new taxonomy of menu options to highlight featured new products and offer discounts for older inventory. Provided new narratives for the brand to use across social media to add context to the discounts that were being advertised.
